Communication tools
for employee retention

As an in-house graphic designer working closely with HR, I played a key role in shaping the visual identity and communication strategy of our employee retention program. From town halls and policy visuals to training materials and digital invites, I ensured every touchpoint was clear, engaging, and aligned with our internal brand.

Contributions

Two standout initiatives where I led the visual strategy:

Walk & Talk
Opening space for honest conversations

Way of Working model
Aligning culture with strategy

Walk and talk

Walk and talk

Available in both a digital version and a printed card format.

The Walk & Talk tool is an initiative designed to encourage open, informal dialogue between employees and managers. This visual framework includes conversation starters, alignment checkpoints, and reflection prompts to build mutual understanding around expectations, aspirations, and everyday work experiences, as well as team dynamics.

Recharge energy box
& Walk and Talk

To make the Walk & Talk initiative more engaging, we designed a themed box. This is a physical kit that included both the digital or printed version of the tool, along with relevant merchandise like energy bars. We aimed to encourage employees to step outside and have meaningful conversations.

Visualising — Way of Working

Way of Working model

I also shaped the visual communication of our Way of Working model, a strategic framework that defines how we work together to fulfill our purpose and business goals. The design ensures that Better Energy DNA and core values are consistently reflected in daily actions, decisions, and team behaviors, making culture tangible and actionable.

Campaign for launching our Ways of Working model

I shaped the visual campaign for launching our Ways of Working model, I created posters, presentation decks, digital banners, and internal visuals to bring the model to life.
