Adapting Better Energy’s brand for the Polish market

Better Energy was preparing to enter the Polish market and needed to localise its global brand presence to connect with a new audience of stakeholders, partners, and prospective employees.

As the in-house designer, I took the lead in developing and producing branded communication assets in close collaboration with Business Development and Internal Communications. I ensured consistency with our global brand while tailoring materials to meet regional needs—owning the full process from concept to final execution.

Contributions

  • The website project for the Polish market was developed in two stages.
    In the first stage, I led the visual design of Better Energy’s first dedicated landing page for Poland, aligning it with the global brand identity while optimising it for engagement with local stakeholders.

    The second stage involved the relaunch of Better Energy’s global website. Given my prior experience with the Polish market, I contributed to the ideation phase, offering insights to help shape the structure and messaging. In the final phase, I was responsible for preparing visual assets, including maps, icons, and imagery.

  • I led the visual development of the recruitment portal page for the Polish market, designed to attract top talent by clearly communicating Better Energy’s mission, values, and career opportunities—while staying aligned with the global employer brand and supporting local talent acquisition goals.

  • Created professional commercial materials to support client pitches, business proposals, and stakeholder communications.

  • Developed event graphics including roll-ups, printed brochures, and branded merchandise for trade fairs and industry events.
